The NIH IMAGE reference page. NIH Image is a public domain image processing and analysis program for the Macintosh that uses Cohu 4915-2000 (and other) cameras. It was developed at the Research Services Branch (RSB) of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Please start here, because Cohu can't really help with software issues. Data Translation and Scion both make frame grabbers suitable for this application.

- Updated! HW Virtual Serial Port
HW VSP is a software tool, which adds to the operating system a virtual COM port, (COM 4 for example) and redirects the data from this port through the TCP/IP network to another hardware interface, defined by IP address and port number. Use with our iLinxII encoders and WinMPC for direct access to all camera functions.
